I sign off on automotive parts before they leave our plant. Not just “looks about right”—I check dimensions, batch numbers, packaging, and whether the part should really be used for the application. No Order Is Too Small to Be Done Honestly
Let me end where I started. I do not care whether the order is one kit or one container. I do not care whether the part costs ninety cents or nine hundred dollars. The vehicle on the road doesn’t know the price tag. It only knows whether the part is right.
So send me your low-volume orders, your awkward requests, and your “how do I fix this before the weekend” questions. Just don’t ask me to make the quality smaller than the quantity.
